What is BPAY and how do I use it?

To make a BPAY payment, enter the Biller code and Customer Reference Number (CRN). You can find these listed on the bill to be paid, in the payment details section.

Here’s how for the Mobile App:

1. Login to your Mobile App.
2. Press the circle Pay button > BPAY from the home screen.
3. If you are paying a new contact press the + button in the top right corner, otherwise select an existing contact.
4. Enter all relevant details including Biller code and Customer Reference Number from your bill.
