You need to get set up for Online Banking before you can login to the Mobile App or Internet Banking. To do this;
Call us on 138 001 or visit us in branch to register for Online Banking. You will be given a temporary password to login to Online Banking for the first time (through either the Mobile App or Internet Banking).

After you login for the first time, you’ll then be prompted to choose your own password. Your new password needs to be a minimum of eight characters, using combinations of numbers, upper and lower cases.
Tip: If you don’t know your customer number you can find this on your VISA Debit card under your name.
