How do I transfer to another bank (a third party)?

You can transfer funds to another bank (third party) using Internet Banking.

Here’s how:

1. Login to Internet Banking.
2. Select Transfer & Pay > Transfers > External.
3. Enter all relevant details including contact, account name, account number, BSB or PayID and description (optional).

Funds transferred using PayID Contacts arrive immediately. Funds transferred using Account and BSB numbers may take up to 2 business days to arrive.
