How do I close my bank account?

We will need to confirm your identify before we can take your request to close your account.

To do this:

1. Send us a Secure Message through your Internet Banking or Mobile Banking with details of the account(s) you would like to close.
2. Call our Customer Care Team on 138 001
3. Visit your local branch
