How do I log in to my Internet Banking account?

You can choose to either log in via the web for Internet banking or by using MyState Bank’s Mobile Banking app. When logging in via the web use the steps listed below:

  1. Go to the MyState website: www.mystate.com.au
  2. From the top right of the screen, next to Internet Banking, select Login
  3. Enter your customer number
  4. Enter your password (a single-use temporary password will be given to you when your Internet Banking account is set up).

When you log in for the first time you’ll be prompted to choose your own password. Your new password needs to contain at least one capital letter, one lower case letter, a number and a special character. Your new password needs to be at least 8 characters long.

Remember to store your password safely and do not write it down or disclose it to anyone. This will be your password for both the web and mobile app versions of Internet Banking.

If you have not been setup for Internet Banking or do not know your Customer Number (you can find this on your VISA Debit card under your name) or Password you can call 138 001 or visit a branch for assistance.
