Digital enhancements have made banking so much easier. Tasks that took hours and required physical paperwork can now be accessed and completed quickly online, this includes our bank statements. Paper statements can take days to arrive via snail mail, they are less secure and also use a lot of paper and energy to produce and send. That’s why we’re taking steps to move customers to eStatements.
