I’ve lost my card

Lock or cancel your card as soon as possible to make sure no-one else uses your card while you don’t have it in your possession.

Log in to the Mobile Banking App or Internet Banking and do one or more of the following:

  • Lock on your card temporarily if you think you might find it again.
  • Cancel your card if it’s been stolen or destroyed. You can re-order another card.
  • Use additional card controls to disable ATM withdrawals, in-store or online payments, or your digital wallets in Australia or overseas.

Mobile Banking App

Log in and from the main menu select Cards.

Select the relevant card from your list of active cards and choose one of the following actions:

  • Lock Card
  • Cancel Card
  • More Controls

You can only re-order a Visa card through the Mobile Banking App. To re-order a rediCARD login to Internet Banking.


Internet Banking

Log in to your Internet Banking using a web browser and select Manage > Cards. You can then choose from the following options:

  • Control/Lock a card
  • Cancel/Order a card

If you have lost your card and cannot cancel your card via Internet or mobile banking, we recommend you call us on 138 001 (Mon-Fri 8:00am-6:00pm or Saturday 9:00am-1:00pm) or visit your closest branch.
