How to download and access the Mobile App

Here’s how:

  1. Open Google Play or the Apple App Store on your device and type ‘MyState Bank’ in the search bar.
  2. Download the MyState Bank App.
  3. Open the app, enter your customer number and password on the login page.

Tip: If you don’t know your customer number you can find this on your VISA Debit card under your name.

If you’re not already set-up for Online Banking, or don’t know your customer number or password call 138 001 or visit a branch to get set-up.
