You can email us 24/7 with general enquires and we will get back to you with an answer as soon as possible. We may need to call you to verify your identity in some instances.

For enquires relating to account information, transfers, change of address and contact details please contact us through Internet Banking messages.

You can send your message to us via our email form or directly to info@mystate.com.au. 

Please be aware email is not a secure form of communication and if you are sending sensitive or personal information you should do so using Internet Banking or by calling us on 138 001.
