What is BPAY® and how do I use it?

BPAY® is available as a payment type through online banking. To make a BPAY® payment, enter the Biller code and Customer Reference Number (CRN), which are listed on the bill to be paid, in the payment details fields.

Internet banking

1. Log in
2. Pay
3. Select option BPAY®
4. Follow the prompts to make the payment.
5. If this is a new BPAY® contact select + New biller

Mobile app

1. Select Pay
2. BPAY®
3. Select the + sign in the top right of the screen to add a new Biller code and Reference number
4. Slide the toggle right on Save to contacts
5. Add a nickname to your Biller
6. Press Continue
7. Follow the prompts to pay from your account.
