Register for online statements

You can choose to either opt-in or opt-out of receiving online statements in your mobile app or internet banking.

• If you opt-in, you will receive an email notification when your statement is ready to view in your mobile app or internet banking.
• If you opt-out, you will receive paper statements by post.

 Mobile app

1. Log in
2. Go to More in the bottom right corner.
3. Select Statements
4. Select the setting icon in the top right corner and slide the toggle to the right to ‘opt-in’ or leave left to ‘opt-out’.

To receive online statements, you must have an email address. If we don’t currently have one on file, you can add it to your profile. Go to More > Profile and security > Personal information.

Statements can be downloaded and viewed as PDF files, for more file formats use Internet banking.

1. Log in
2. Go to Manage
3. Select Statements
4. Manage statements
5. Slide the toggle to the right to ‘opt-in’ or leave left to ‘opt-out’.
