A recurring card payment is when you’ve provide permission for a service provider to use your debit card details to regularly debit your MyState Bank account to pay for services that they provide you.
MyState Bank is unable to cancel recurring cards payments on your debit card, therefore, you will need to contact the service provider to arrange cancellation. If the service provider does not process this at your request you can raise the complaint with us and we will process a dispute on your behalf.
