Lock or cancel your card as soon as possible to make sure no-one else uses your card while you don’t have it in your possession.
Log in to the mobile app or internet banking and do one or more of the following:
- Lock your card temporarily if you think you might find it again.
- Replace your card if it’s been stolen or destroyed. You can re-order another card.
- Change PIN if you wish to choose a new PIN.
- Use additional card settings to disable ATM withdrawals, in-store or online payments, or your digital wallets in Australia or overseas.
