Limits are set on the dollar amount you can transfer externally daily, as a security measure to protect you from fraud and theft. Your payment limit includes all payments you make from the app or internet banking in a day, plus any scheduled payments that have been set up to go out on that same day.
You can change your daily transfer limit for Osko (fast payments), Standard transfers or BPAY payments anytime by logging into internet banking or the mobile app.

- Payment settings
- Payment limits
- Choose your new payment limit for Osko, Standard transfers or BPAY
- Choose your new payment limit and then hit Save
- You’ll be prompted to authorise the change
- Select Done
Internet banking
- Log in
- Select Manage
- Payment Limits
- Change the payment limit for Osko, Standard transfers or BPAY by selecting the pencil icon and choosing from the drop-down menu.
- Hit the green tick
- You’ll be asked to authorise the change through a verification code by text or a notification on your device through the app.
Keep in mind, that if you increase your limit you may increase your liability in the case of unauthorised transactions.
