How do I transfer to another bank (a third party)?

Mobile app

  1. Log in
  2. Select Pay
  3. Pay someone
  4. If you’re paying a new contact press the +button in the top right corner, otherwise select an existing contact.
  5. Enter all relevant details including account name, account number, BSB or PayID

Internet banking

  1. Log in
  2. Select Pay
  3. Pay someone
  4. If you’re paying a new contact press + New Payee, otherwise select an existing contact.
  5. Enter all relevant details

Please note: Transfers using PayID Contacts arrive immediately. Funds transferred using Account and BSB numbers may take up to 2 business days to arrive.
