If you know your current password, you can change it in the mobile app or internet banking.
Mobile app
- Log in
- Go to More in the bottom right corner
- Select Profile & security
- Change Password
- Enter your Current Password, and then your New Password
- Submit.
Internet Banking:
- Log in
- Go to Manage
- Profile and security
- Login & security
- Select Change tab to the right of Password
- Enter your Current Password, and then your New Password
- Select Save changes.
If you don’t know your password, select Forgot passcode on the app or Forgot password > Reset it now on internet banking and follow the prompts. If you need help call us on 138 001 or visit a branch.
