Yes, you can order a replacement card on the mobile app or internet banking.
Internet banking
- Log in
- Select Manage
- Cards
- Choose the card you want to replace
- Select Replace
- Choose Lost or damaged card or Stolen card and Continue
- Check your details are correct and Order new card
Mobile app
- Log in
- Select Cards
- Choose the card you want to replace
- Select Replace card
You will need to confirm the delivery address for your new replacement card. Multi-factor authentication (MFA) will be required.
If you need to change the delivery address, you need to update this in your Profile page before you order your replacement card.
