Switch on your Visa debit card

You can switch on your Visa debit card and change your Card settings on the app or internet banking.

Mobile app

  1. Log in
  2. Cards
  3. Select the card you wish to make changes to
  4. Go to Card settings and select Change.

Internet banking

  1. Log in
  2. Go to Manage
  3. Cards
  4. Select the card you wish to make changes to
  5. Go to Card settings and select Change.

Simply turn on the card settings you wish to use by sliding the toggle left or right (if you slide right you are selecting that feature). It will automatically save.

In addition to temporarily locking or cancelling a card you can turn on and off features such as:

  • In-store or online purchasing
  • ATM withdrawals
  • Digital wallets (e.g. Apple Pay, Google Pay)
  • International transactions

Card settings also allows you to block certain card transactions, helping to you keep your card safe.
