When you first download the mobile app, you will be given the option to set up a four digit PIN as a log in, rather than entering your customer number and password each time or use biometrics – face ID or fingerprint for iOS users or fingerprint for Android users.
Each time you log into the mobile app you will use either your face or fingerprint if enabled, or be prompted for your PIN (passcode). If you’ve forgotten you can select Forgot passcode and you will be prompted for your customer number and password to log in instead.
You can change your log in settings by selecting More > Profile and security. You can change your PIN by selecting Change passcode, enable biometrics or change your password.
