Yes, you can redraw from your home loan or personal loan account online if you have an eligible product that allows you to redraw*.
You must have a MyState Bank account to have the redraw balance transferred into.
If you’re eligible for a loan redraw you can do it via internet banking or the app.

- Select Pay
- Loan redraw
- Follow prompts to redraw
*Please contact the Customer Care team on 138 001 or visit your closest branch if you’re unsure if you have an eligible home/personal loan product.
Please note: Monthly loan repayments are not processed until the end of the day when the loan is due. Please keep this is mind when making a redraw.
