How do I register for online banking?

You can register for online banking through internet banking on your desktop or via the mobile app.

Internet banking

1. Go to mystate.com.au
2. Log into internet banking
3. Select Register for online banking
4. Follow the steps using either your personal details or information on your Visa Debit card.

Mobile app

1. Select Register for online banking
2. Follow the steps using either your personal details or information on your Visa Debit card.

To change your password or PIN on the mobile app go to More > Profile & security > choose either Change passcode (PIN) or Change password.
