How do I change my password?

If you know your current password, you can change it in the mobile app or internet banking.

 Mobile app

  1. Log in
  2. Go to More in the bottom right corner
  3. Select Profile & security
  4. Change Password
  5. Enter your Current Password, and then your New Password
  6. Submit.

Internet Banking:

  1. Log in
  2. Go to Manage
  3. Profile and security
  4. Login & security
  5. Select Change tab to the right of Password
  6. Enter your Current Password, and then your New Password
  7. Select Save changes.

If you don’t know your password, select Forgot passcode on the app or Forgot password > Reset it now on internet banking and follow the prompts. If you need help call us on 138 001 or visit a branch.
