You can update personal details like your residential address, postal address, and email in your mobile app or internet banking.

- Log in
- Go to More
- Select Profile and security
- Personal information
- Change information accordingly and press Save changes
Internet banking
- Log in
- Go to Manage
- Select Profile and security
- Profile info
- Change information accordingly using the 3 dots to the right and press Save changes.
If you wish to change your mobile number you can either call our Customer Care Team on 138 001 or send us a message via the app or internet banking. We’ll call you back and ask you some security questions to confirm it’s you before updating your profile.
