Important Information
MyState introduced a new Internet Banking service Monday 6 February 2012 to provide you with more features, improved functionality and greatly enhanced security.
Some customers are experiencing issues with the new Internet Banking service. This may include the improved security settings, such as log-in passwords, or that the new site is not compatible with old web browsers such as Internet Explorer 6. The following information may assist you and answer any questions you have about the new service.
Password upgrade
First time using MyState's new Internet Banking site?
If you are logging into the new service for the first time, you will need to enter your Access Code in the Password field then follow the prompts to upgrade to a new secure Internet Banking Password.
Please note that upgrading your Internet Banking Password will not change your Phone Banking Access Code.
Locked out of Internet Banking?
If you have unsuccessfully entered your password on three occasions, your Internet Banking access will be disabled. Message prompts after your first unsuccessful attempt will remind you of the Internet Banking upgrade and the recent change to your password. To reset your access code, please contact us by sending an email with your name, contact phone number and preffered contact time. One of our Service Consultants will be in contact with you as soon as possible.

Internet Banking may work on earlier versions of the above software or on other browser types that have not been listed, however, these are the minimum supported types and versions.
