Help keep kids warm this winter with the MyState Foundation and Tassie Mums sleepwear donation drive

Winter in Tasmania is cold, with overnight temperatures falling to as low as 3°C or lower. For families facing housing stress or financial hardship, staying warm is a daily battle, that no child should ever have to face.
That’s why this June, MyState Foundation is teaming up with community partner Tassie Mums to launch Keep Kids Warm - a statewide clothing drive collecting winter evening essentials for children across Tasmania doing it tough.
“We see families every week living in caravans, sheds or temporary housing with no insulation or heating. For children in these situations, a warm jumper or PJ’s isn’t just comforting it’s essential.”
— Clair Harris, Founder, Tassie Mums
