MyState Limited Chairman Miles Hampton will announce today that he’s retiring as MyState Chairman and director effective 31 March 2022. The Board has appointed current non-executive directors Vaughn Richtor as the new Chairman and Bob Gordon as Deputy Chairman from 1 April 2022.
