Update Contact Details – Are your contact details up to date?

To protect your account and reduce the risk of fraud, it’s important we have your current contact details. This helps us reach you quickly when needed.
By providing your mobile number, you can enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) - an extra layer of security for Online Banking. When you transfer funds or access your profile, a unique code is sent to your mobile via SMS. Only with this code can the transaction go through, making it much harder for anyone else to access your account.
How to update
Email - You can change your email address yourself. It’s easy! First check your contact details via online banking by clicking Menu > Profile & Security > Your Profile. You can then enter your updated email details and save.
Mobile - If your mobile number needs updating go to Menu > Messages & Support > Send us a message. You can then send a secure message via online banking and we’ll call you to verify your new number.
Alternatively you can change your details by giving us a call on 138 001 or visit us in branch.
