MyState Bank continues to dominate
MyState continues to demonstrate its leading position in the mortgage market, including:
- During the first half of the current financial year, our loan book grew by 10.6% to $6.1 billion.
- Our home loan book grew at three times the system average over the period.
- Loan applications equivalent to $2.5 billion were received in the period, a 117% increase versus the prior corresponding period.
- Loans to the value of $1.4 billion were settled over the past six months, a 116% rise year-on-year.
“On the back of our amazing achievements in the first half of the year, we are on track to achieve record results in the current half. This success is only possible with the support of our brokers and I would like to thank them for their ongoing commitment to our brand,” said Mr Albones.
“It's pleasing the growth of our loan book has been achieved alongside a commensurate rise in our Broker Net Promoter Score, which was more than 80%, as at January 2022,” he said.
Planned initiatives further support MyState’s Broker Network in 2022
MyState has a range of future initiatives planned to strengthen the affiliation we have with our broker partners, including:
- Upcoming regional roadshows across NSW (Central Coast, Newcastle, Wollongong), the ACT and Victoria (Gippsland, Wodonga). This will be followed by metropolitan roadshows in Sydney and Melbourne.
- Revamped the popular ‘MyKnowledge Broker Webinars’ for 2022, helping brokers broaden their knowledge of MyState Bank products and services. Watch this space for upcoming dates.
- New for this year is simplified, more straightforward lending policies for self-employed borrowers and construction loan applicants.
MyState is committed to continually improving the services and assistance we offer our brokers and, in turn, our borrowers. Look out for future announcements about exciting new projects that will strengthen this bond in 2022 and beyond.
