Update Contact Details – Are your contact details up to date?
To help keep your accounts safe and secure it’s important we have your most up to date contact information. This helps protect you from the risk of fraud and ensures we can contact you easily when required.
Providing your mobile number can also enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), adding an extra layer of security when transferring funds or accessing your profile through Online Banking. It makes it harder for attackers to gain access to your online accounts because without it your password or PIN would be the only barrier to transfer funds out of your account. A confirmation sms is sent to your mobile with a unique code and that code is the only way funds can be released when you’re online.
How to update
Email - You can change your email address yourself. It’s easy! First check your contact details via online banking by clicking Menu > Profile & Security > Your Profile. You can then enter your updated email details and save.
Mobile - If your mobile number needs updating go to Menu > Messages & Support > Send us a message. You can then send a secure message via online banking and we’ll call you to verify your new number.
Alternatively you can change your details by giving us a call on 138 001 or visit us in branch.
