Our Emergency Assistance package includes a number of relief options depending on each individual circumstance, including:
- Waiving of fees and charges
- Early access to term deposit accounts without fees and charges
- Restructuring existing loans fee of the usual establishment fees
- Temporary overdrafts or additional loans (subject to credit approval)
- Customised payment arrangements for your home or personal loans
