Notice to Customers – Changes to phone banking – Effective 22 November 2024
MyState Bank phone banking services will cease 22 November 2024
The service provider we use for phone banking has made the decision to stop supporting this service for many financial institutions, including MyState Bank.
From 3pm on 22 November 2024, the MyState Bank phone banking service will be discontinued.
We understand that this might be a big change to the way you’re used to banking with us and we’re here to help you through it.
Other ways to bank with us
- Our online and mobile app banking platforms are safe, secure, fast and easy to use. You can access your account 24/7 at mystate.com.au or by downloading our app from the App Store (for iPhone) or Google Play Store.
- You can visit one of our branches located in seven convenient locations around Tasmania.
- Call our Customer Care team from 8am - 6pm AEST Monday to Friday and 9am - 1pm AEST on Saturdays on 138 001. You’ll always speak to a real person right here in Australia.
Supporting you with this change
To support you through this change, we will be available to help you set up your online banking in person with one-on-one support from our friendly team. You’ll be able to access in-person support at your local branch or over the phone through our Customer Care team.
