Our branches will stay open, and we’re here to help
The Tasmanian Government has announced a snap three-day lockdown for Southern Tasmania from 6pm on Friday 15 October.
Our branches will open on Monday should you need us, with the health and wellbeing of our customers and teams the top priority.
Here’s what you need to know about banking with us over the next week.
- If you’re unwell, please stay home.
- We’re an essential service, so MyState Bank branches will open as normal next Monday morning.
- Please check in on arrival using the ‘Check-in Tas’ app, wear a mask and follow all social distancing protocols. There will be density limits in branches.
- Our people will all be wearing masks and we ask that you do the same. Disposable masks will be available at branches and well as hand sanitizer. Please use both.
- We’re still available to help you over the phone. You can call us on 138 001 between 9am and 1pm on Saturdays, and 8am to 6pm on weekdays.
- You can also still access Internet and Mobile App banking as normal and you can withdraw cash from any major bank ATM without incurring a direct charge fee.
- We have financial support options available if you’ve been impacted by COVID-19 and need a helping hand.
Communities stick together during tough times, and we’d like to thank you as we do our best to navigate the ever-changing challenges of the pandemic.
Look after yourselves and your families, and don’t hesitate to get in touch if there’s anything else we can do to help.
Your
MyState Bank Team
