From 1 September 2022, the opening hours of our Tasmanian branches will change to 9am to 4pm Monday to Thursday, remaining open from 9am to 5pm Fridays.
Our Burnie branch will be increasing its opening hours to 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday.
We’ve made these changes to more closely align with our customers banking preferences, as usage of digital banking services continue to increase. Branch staff will not be working reduced hours, but will be spending the time undertaking training, completing proactive follow-up’s with customers and administrative tasks so we can provide an even better experience for our customers during opening hours. We want to focus on having more quality conversations and proactively assist customers with their banking and finance needs.
Please rest assured that we remain committed to our Tasmanian branch network and providing our customers with face-to-face services.
Our Customer Care service hours remain unchanged and our Online Banking channels are available 24/7.
