We’re aware that some Apple users are seeing a ‘security violation’ related error message when trying to open the mobile banking app. We want to reassure you that this message is linked to the current technical issue we’re working to resolve, and not a security threat to your account.

Our teams have been working on this throughout the morning, and we know how frustrating this is on a long weekend.

There’s no new update to share just yet, but we’ll post again as soon as we have more information.


In the meantime, the following services are not impacted and are working as normal:

  • Cards and ATMs
  • Using your card via your digital wallet
