Received a suspicious message?
Please forward suspicious messages to alerts@mystate.com.au and then delete. Please be aware you will not receive a personal response.
If you have received a suspicious email or text message and have responded to it, please call MyState Bank on 138 001 immediately or visit your local branch.

Fraudulent activity
For support regarding unauthorised activity on your account outside of business hours, contact our Fraud Bureau on 1300 705 750 if calling from Australia or +61 2 8299 9101 from overseas, operators are available 24/7.
If you're unable to contact the Fraud Bureau, or need to take immediate action, we recommend you disable your online banking access by entering the incorrect password three times. Changing your password will not be sufficient because you may be the victim of a remote access scam and not be aware.
