Some older and less-used products will be switched to our current product suite. These changes will take place gradually to ensure a smooth transition for customers.
We’ll be in touch with you if your account is changing before the switch takes place. If you're happy with the new product your account will be moved to, no action is required.

Great! Your account number and any linked cards will remain the same, meaning all direct credits or debits linked to your account or card will continue as normal. You don’t need to do anything.

Basic account
We also offer a Basic Account designed specifically for people who have a Commonwealth Seniors Health Card, Health Care Card, DVA Health Card or Pensioner Concession Card. If this is you, and you have an Australian residential address, you may want to explore switching to a Basic Account.
