Happy to switch?

Great! Your account number and any linked cards will remain the same, meaning all direct credits or debits linked to your account or card will continue as normal. You don’t need to do anything.

Basic account

We also offer a Basic Account designed specifically for people who have a Commonwealth Seniors Health Card, Health Care Card, DVA Health Card or Pensioner Concession Card. If this is you, and you have an Australian residential address, you may want to explore switching to a Basic Account.

While we wouldn’t like to see you go, you can close your account. To do this, call our Customer Care Team on 138 001 or send us a message through Online Banking.
