The issue affecting Apple users and the MyState Bank app has now been fixed. The error message was not a security threat.

To restore access, please update the MyState Bank app in the App Store, or uninstall and reinstall it if the issue continues.

If your password isn’t working, select ‘Forgotten password’ in Online Banking to reset it.


Internet Banking, cards, ATMs and digital wallets were not affected.
