Easy process
Sign up to our program. Then share your client’s name, contact details, and the purpose for which credit is being sought.
Make the referral within five business days of obtaining their consent to be referred.
Stay informed
We’ll keep you posted once we’ve come to a final decision on the loan.
As much as we love hearing from you, you won’t need to chase us for a final status update.

Mark has been in the home finance industry for over 20 years and joined MyState Bank as a Home Finance Specialist in October 2017. He’s always available for a chat by phone or email. And if you’re located in Tasmania, Mark can meet you at any of our southern branches, in your home, workplace or wherever you need him.
Mark is based in Hobart and loves spending time with his family, following the NBA (go Chicago Bulls!) and spending weekends supporting the local basketball scene. He also loves watching the Jack Jumpers and can confidently say he’s caught every game.
Rashana Smith

Home Finance Specialist, Mobile Lender

Rashana has been in the home finance industry for over 23 years and has been working for MyState Bank since July 2012. One of our mobile lenders, she’s always available by phone and email. And if you’re based in Tasmania, you can be flexible with where you’d like to have your appointment: at any of our branches, your workplace or wherever suits.
Rashana is based in Hobart and loves travelling, bush walking and spending time with her husband and their dog. She loves keeping up with the NRL (go Cowboys!) and backing 'The Maroons' during the State of Origin.
Patrick has been in the home finance industry for nearly two decades. He’s been working for MyState Bank since March 2006, and as a Home Finance Specialist since 2013. His expertise is always just a phone call away. And if you live in Tasmania, Patrick is flexible to meet you at any of our branches, your home, workplace or wherever suits.
Based in Launceston, Tasmania, Patrick loves travelling, fishing, gardening and spending time with his wonderful wife and children. He also loves watching the Jack Jumpers dominate the NBL and rarely misses a game.
William Harris

Home Finance Specialist, Mobile Lender

Services North-West Tasmania
Will Harris has built his career in home finance working on both sides of the industry, first as a broker and now as a lender. This gives him a well-rounded perspective and a practical understanding of what matters most to customers when securing their first home or moving into their next.
Servicing north-west Tasmania, Will is based in our Burnie and Devonport branches, and is flexible to meet wherever is most convenient.
Outside of work, Will enjoys training, spending time with his family and listening to podcasts on finance and psychology.
Kim has been in the home finance industry for over 40 years and joined MyState Bank as a Home Finance Specialist in October 2013. While he’s based in Launceston, Kim can always assist you remotely by phone or email.
Kim is a one-eyed Geelong supporter and keen golfer (but not very good). He also has four grandchildren that he loves to spoil.
Greg Cramp

Home Finance Specialist, Mobile Lender

Greg has been in the home finance industry for over 12 years and has been working for MyState Bank as a Home Finance Specialist since March 2022. He’s passionate about understanding your home loan goals and finding the exact solution to meet your needs.
Greg will always be ready to jump on a call to make that happen. If you live in Tassie, he’ll meet you everywhere and anywhere for a chat.
Greg is based at Tasmania’s Northwest Coast and loves spending time with his young family. When time allows, he keeps a keen eye on the NFL (go Pats!) and an even keener one on the EPL.
Leonie has been working with MyState Bank since July 2022. She came to the company through our Broker Support Team and brings over four years’ experience from the construction industry as a Contracts Administrator.
Leonie is now working within the Direct Lending Team as our Home Finance Coordinator, where she combines all her experience into one unique role. You’ll hear from Leonie throughout the process.
Outside of work, she’s passionate about travelling whenever she can, keeping as active as possible, while also bingeing on the latest TV series – to Leonie, balance is key.
